The Insurance Industry is facing disruption to a great extent; most of the drifts in the Insurance Industry are either technology-related or have technology as one of the forces for change in the environment. Gone are the days when the conventional functioning of Insurance companies were accepted by the market and clientele, in today’s era, the expectation of consumers and the target market have forced the Insurance Organizations to up their entire game and have forced them to modernize their core systems which still operate largely on Legacy Systems.
