Effective September 1, 2015, Vertical will discontinue its family of Edge 5000i IP phones. Vertical will continue to sell these products until December 31, 2015, or while supplies last.
Edge 5000i series phones are being replaced by Verticals new Edge 9800 series of IP phones, now available with the release of Wave IP 5.0.

Vertical Support Policy for Discontinued Products
- Vertical will provide Technical Support, to the best of its ability, based on personnel and knowledge available for our products for a period of three years from the date of manufacture discontinuance of a particular Vertical product.
- Vertical will provide Technical Support, to the best of its ability, based on personnel and knowledge available and reserves the right to charge for any such support. Vertical also reserves the right to assign a third party to handle Technical Support.
- Vertical will not commit to any enhancements or corrections to manufactured discontinued products.
- Vertical resellers will not be able to return, for credit, any manufactured discontinued product.
- Vertical reserves the right to increase the price of any manufactured discontinued product and its piece parts.
