TADIRAN SIGNS TEN NEW DISTRIBUTION PARTNERS, LAUNCHES UPDATED VERSION OF AEONIX

Tadiran Telecom announces major new partnerships along with the release of their updated software based solution, Aeonix.  Aeonix R2 provides a comprehensive platform, includes new applications, and offers third party integrations, with the increased potential of up to 25,000 users. 

tadiran_logoPetach Tikva, Israel – 29 August, 2013 – Tadiran Telecom has announced the signing of ten new partnership agreements from across the globe, accompanied by the release of R2 of Aeonix, Tadiran’s software based unified communications and collaboration solution.

The updated version of Aeonix, Tadiran’s flagship solution has significantly increased the capacity and adaptability of the product.  While the previous version of Aeonix supported up to 15,000 users, the updated R2 version can support 25,000 users.  With The Product’s unmatched fault tolerant capabilities, users are able to maintain communications even with the loss of a WAN connection.

Tadiran Aeonix logoThe new version also includes full integration with applications such as the Aeonix Contact Center, billing, call logging, and the recently released Aeonix Dispatch Console. Dispatch Console delivers a state-of-the-art control room communications system with touchscreen technology, CCTV integration, and tablet compatibility.

“This is the key direction and differentiator for our products,” said Lindsay Kintner, VP of Product Management for Tadiran USA.  “The emphasis is being placed on pure web solutions, and moving toward utilization of WebRTC technology. These ongoing improvements allow for swift and cost effective remote use and increased survivability.”

Other updates include additional functionality for SIP phones, such as silent monitoring, zone paging, group muting in audio conferences and call preemption.  There are also enhancements to the product’s security features.

In tandem with the new Aeonix version, Tadiran has announced ten new partnerships across the globe including Mindlance in India.
