2012 Award Recognizes Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America
(Scottsdale, AZ) – For the second consecutive year, the seemingly unstoppable team at PlanetOne Communications has earned INC. Magazine’s prestigious award naming them one of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies.
This achievement places PlanetOne in elite company, according to Inc. Magazine’s Editor in Chief Jane Berentson. Particularly when you consider that there are nearly seven million private, employer-based companies in the United States today, she added.
“Our company is both happy and humbled by this accomplishment,” said Ted Schuman, PlanetOne founder and president. “And every single person in our organization helped get us here. That’s the hallmark of our success.”
The elite roster of previous companies who have earned this recognition includes Microsoft, Timberland, Vizio, Intuit, Jamba Juice, Oracle, and Zappos.com. In fact, many of today’s most successful U.S. companies received their first national recognition when they appeared on the Inc. list.
“The momentum we’ve generated over the past year has been amazing to watch,” added Schuman. “I was certainly proud of last year’s first time win, but to realize that the sales, support and operations effort then kicked into overdrive and we won for a second year? The 31th Annual Inc. Conference and Awards Ceremony will be held October 3 – 5 at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix, where PlanetOne will be formally recognized and presented with their award.
