Micro Focus Strengthens Its Partner and Alliance Organization with Strategic Hires
ROCKVILLE, Md.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Micro Focus (LSE:MCRO.L), the leading provider of enterprise application modernization, testing and management solutions, today announced three new appointments as part of its strategic focus on the development of the company’s partner ecosystem. Dan Mouhot joins as Micro Focus Director, Microsoft Alliance and Channels; Joe Winthrop as Micro Focus Partner Director, North America; and Lesley Loftus as Micro Focus Marketing Manager, Global Partner and Alliances.

By partnering with leading technology providers, Micro Focus expands solutions for its customers to ensure they have the resources to rapidly respond to market demands and trends. The new hires will support the current and future Micro Focus partnerships and alliances in delivering next-generation enterprise solutions.
Mouhot will be responsible for managing the strategic Microsoft Alliance for Micro Focus in North America, expanding the current team’s breadth and depth, and helping grow the integral Microsoft partnership. He brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic alliances and partnerships, international business development and product management and strategy. Mouhot has worked across healthcare and multiple industry verticals within organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 organizations, including IBM, Eclipsys and Zebra Technologies.
Also joining the team, Winthrop will serve as partner director, North America, and will be focused on developing Micro Focus’ North American based relationships with CSC, Cognizant, Deloitte, TSC and Federal Partners. Winthrop previously served as VP of sales, VP of Worldwide business and development and director of channel management in several IT and software companies, including Sybase and Marathon Technologies.
To address the marketing side of the team, Loftus joins Micro Focus as global partner and alliances marketing manager. Loftus will be working closely with the company’s partners marketing team, partner managers and the global marketing team, overseeing all marketing activities relevant to the partner network. Prior to joining Micro Focus, Loftus held a wide range of senior global marketing roles at companies including SAP, Xerox and 1E.
