Recognition Marks En Pointe’s Sixth Consecutive Operational Excellence Win
LOS ANGELES, CA – September 18, 2013 – En Pointe Technologies, one of the largest Microsoft partners, today announced it has won the 2013 Platinum Level Operational Excellence Award. The company was rewarded for delivering market-leading operational excellence supporting Microsoft technology over the past year.
This marks the sixth consecutive year that En Pointe was recognized for this award, demonstrating its continued commitment to providing value and superior customer satisfaction with Microsoft Licensing, GP. En Pointe met all award criteria set forth by Microsoft, achieving a 100% green score card in Q4 2013 for improvements on on-time renewals and true-ups.
