Crestmark Closes 13 Transactions Totaling Nearly $17.9 Million in the Second Half of June

TROY, Mich., (July 6, 2017) – Crestmark secured a total of $17,814,000 in financial solutions for 12 new clients in the second half of June.

  • A $100,000 accounts receivable purchase facility was provided on June 16 to a trucking company in California. The financing will be used for working capital purposes.
  • On June 16, a $1,350,000 new lease transaction was completed with a fuel services company in the midwestern U.S. The financing will be used for capital equipment.
  • A $250,000 accounts receivable purchase facility was provided on June 20 to a startup trucking company in Texas. The financing will be used for working capital purposes.
  • On June 20, a $3,300,000 new lease transaction was completed with a services provider in the midwestern U.S. The financing will be used for security equipment.
  • A $2,000,000 ledgered line of credit facility and a $1,840,000 term loan facility was provided on June 22 to a manufacturer of concrete and surface materials in Illinois. The financing will be used for working capital purposes.
  • A $115,000 SBA 7(a) term loan facility was provided on June 22 to an independent insurance agency in Maryland. The financing will be used to pay off an existing lender and for working capital purposes.
  • On June 23, a $3,100,000 new lease transaction was completed with a grocery chain in the northeastern U.S. The financing will be used for capital equipment.
  • A $135,000 accounts receivable purchase facility was provided on June 27 to a trucking company in Colorado. The financing will be used for working capital purposes.
  • On June 28, a $750,000 traditional factoring facility was provided to a cruise line services provider in Florida. The financing will be used to pay off an existing lender and for working capital purposes.
  • A $2,000,000 accounts receivable purchase facility was provided on June 28 to a manufacturer of steel products in Michigan. The financing will be used for working capital purposes.
  • On June 29, a $450,000 accounts receivable purchase facility was provided to a trucking company in Florida. The financing will be used for working capital purposes.
  • A $2,424,000 SBA 7(a) term loan facility was provided on June 30 to a hospitality management company in Florida. The financing will be used for working capital purposes.
