January 19, 2022 – Agilitas is proud to announce that Bev Markland, Chief People Officer, has been shortlisted in the prestigious Ally Of The Year category at this year’s Women in IT Awards.
The Women in IT Awards recognises and celebrates over 1,000 women in a variety of different organisations across the UK for their outstanding dedication to the IT industry. Providing both a regional and global platform to proudly showcase these professionals, these awards highlight the importance of creating a more inclusive sector.
Bev Markland joined Agilitas as the company’s HR director before quickly being promoted to Chief People Officer. Now with a focus on improving its employee experience, Bev supports the business to ensure policies and strategies are created with people in mind. Bev is one of two females that form part of Agilitas’ executive team and plays an integral role in supporting the business’ growth strategy.
