ASCDI Holds Critical Asia Conference

The ASCDI Meeting in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia marked the largest association meeting to date in Asia with attendance of almost 100 delegates.

The Oriental Mandarin Hotel was a perfect backdrop for this convergence of Technology Resellers from 14 countries.  Basis Bay of Malaysia was a perfect host.  They offered all attendees a tour of their world class data center capped with dinner and entertainment on the roof of their ultra-modern facility.  Not to be outdone, Solid Systems sponsored a lunch full of international fare for all delegates.

The ASCDI Board of Directors was represented by President Neil Vill, Secretary Jordan Wolfe, and Vice President Sherri Sheerr.  Speakers at the conference included Mark Simmons speaking about the tsumani in Japan, Jordan Wolfe giving an update on Oracle, Matt Archer on CISCO, Paul Lalli speaking about doing business in APAC, Neil Vill updating the attendees on ASCDI’s anti-counterfeit efforts and Matt Stace of IBM Gars.
