September 30, 2021 – Global IT Channel services provider, Agilitas IT Solutions, has won the Tech Deal of the Year award at the 2021 National Technology Awards. As winners in the specialist category that was announced on the night, Agilitas was chosen by judges for the significant investment the company received from the international private equity and growth equity investor, Perwyn, to support its ambitious growth plan.
This year marks the fifth annual National Technology Awards, where companies are celebrated for being the pioneers of technology and encouraging excellence across the landscape. The ceremony took place on Thursday 29th September at the Marriott Grosvenor Square in London.
Agilitas received the Tech Deal of the Year accolade for Perwyn’s acquisition of a majority stake in Agilitas and the support for the team’s growth ambitions including international expansion, service acceleration and potential M&A.
