According to Comms National, this award recognises businesses who are “demonstrating high commitment to improving support and service to channel partners”. Here at Agilitas, we are committed to building flexible services that deliver real difference, and provide innovative, fully integrated systems by deploying its in-house DevOps team to automation projects for clients.
In our 30-year history, we have helped IT vendors, resellers and managed service providers extend the life of its clients’ IT infrastructure by expanding service capability and enhancing service delivery levels. In this time, we have provided clients with seamless system integration, which allows their customers to raise a request safely in the knowledge that the request will be processed and dealt with by the system, with minimal human intervention.
