DMD Systems Recovery, LLC (DMD), a Reuse First® IT asset disposition (ITAD) services provider and Certified B Corporation®, is proud to announce that two of its executive leaders—CEO Aaron Zeper and COO Bryan White—have been named to the 2025 Sun Devil 100 list by Arizona State University.

The Sun Devil 100 honors fast-growing businesses owned or led by ASU alumni. This year marks Aaron Zeper’s third consecutive recognition, and Bryan White’s first.

“I’m proud of the direction we’ve taken DMD and the results we continue to drive,” said Aaron Zeper, CEO. “Being named to the Sun Devil 100 for the third year in a row is a great milestone, but for us, it’s just another step forward in doing business the right way.”

“Being recognized alongside Aaron is an honor, but the real credit belongs to the team,” said Bryan White, COO. “We’ve built an environment at DMD where people bring integrity, thoughtfulness, and care into everything they do, and that’s what makes this recognition meaningful.”

DMD was recently featured in ASU Thrive magazine, which highlighted the company’s growth under CEO Aaron Zeper, including its expansion into Palo Alto and revenue surpassing $32 million. The article spotlighted DMD’s Reuse First® ITAD approach, including securely wiping airline seatback tablets later repurposed for restaurant use.

Since 2020, DMD has refined its operations, expanded its team, and focused on delivering secure, sustainable outcomes. The company serves enterprise clients across the U.S., including Fortune 500 and Cloud 500 organizations. DMD helps organizations protect sensitive data, recover value, and reduce environmental impact by giving technology a secure second life.
