It is with a heavy heart that I must inform you that The ITAD Association Office Manager, Gail Goldstein unexpectedly passed away on May 20th.

Gail had been our Office Manager for almost 20 years. She was instrumental in helping The ITAD Association expand and prosper over the years. I have consistently heard from our members that Gail was kind, empathetic and responsive to all of their needs.
Our members came first to her. She often worked late evenings or gave up vacations in order to complete tasks for The ITAD Association and our members.

Gail’s husband, Bob Goldstein, whom many of you have met over the years, survives her.

May her memory be a blessing.
