Pink Elephant partners with Circular IT group to create a more integrated modern workplace

September 30, 2026 – Pink Elephant Netherlands partners with Circular IT group to further strengthen its Modern Workplace services in the Netherlands, with a leading Device as a Service (DaaS) proposition, making it simpler and faster to equip and support employees with the technology they need, wherever they work.

The collaboration brings together Pink Elephant’s Modern Workplace expertise with Circular IT group’s specialist capabilities in supplying, preparing, delivering and managing workplace devices. From a new laptop for new joiners, arriving configured and ready to use, to replacing a faulty device or collecting equipment when an employee moves or leaves, more of the process will be connected and automated.

Customers will benefit from faster, more consistent service, improved quality, fewer handovers and less administration. Pink Elephant and Circular IT group will standardise key processes and integrate Circular IT group’s platform directly with Pink Elephant’s systems, creating a smoother journey from customer service request to resolution.

This reduces manual coordination and provides a simpler way to manage workplace technology at scale, with greater cost control and transparency.

“High-performing organisations move fast. Their technology must move faster. People should be able to work at their best, wherever they are, without ever having to think about the complexity behind it. That is the standard we are setting for the modern workplace at Pink Elephant: connected, automated and built around performance.

Our partnership with Circular IT group strengthens our ability to deliver that experience as an full device lifecycle services concept at scale.”

– Aniel Ganga, Managing Director, Modern Work, Pink Elephant.

The services cover the practical technology needs of employees throughout their time with an organisation, including device configuration using technologies such as Autopilot, delivery to the home or workplace, replacements and repairs, and collection when equipment is no longer required.

This is all regulated from a compliancy perspective with the aim to extend the lifecycle of devices to achieve optimum circularity of hardware. Next-business-day support is also available for specific requirements. For care providers, these devices are mission-critical: reliable access and swift replacements help staff continue their work with minimal disruption.

The collaboration also extends to the end of a device’s working life. Equipment can be securely collected, certified data erased and, where possible, reused; helping customers manage workplace technology more responsibly.

“A collaboration like ours ticks all the boxes when zooming in to the requirements of today’s desire for a modern circular Workplace. Meeting the standards of a demanding System Integrator alike Pink Elephant is part of our core.

By this strategic partnership we deliver a full device lifecycle as an integrated Pink Elephant service. Which enables us both to focus and deliver our core competences, with all the benefits for our mutual clients for a combined service portfolio.”

– Jan-Dirk Krispijn, Director End-user Computing, Circular IT group.

For Pink Elephant, the collaboration advances a clear ambition for the modern workplace: take complexity out, build performance in, and make technology work around people, not the other way around.
