Atlanta, GA – September 9, 2015: Noble Systems Corporation, a global leader in unified contact center technology solutions, is pleased to announce that Karl Koster has been named to the Professional Association for Customer Engagement’s (PACE) National Board of Directors.

Mr. Koster is the Chief Intellectual Property Counsel for Noble Systems, and also serves as the company’s resident expert on TCPA and Legislative Compliance. Mr. Koster not only has broad experience in protecting intellectual property, but is experienced in various wireline and wireless telecommunications technologies. Prior to joining Noble Systems, he worked as an intellectual property attorney with a national law firm involved in both patent prosecution and patent litigation for many Fortune 500 clients. Before becoming a patent attorney, he served as a Senior Engineer for a Fortune 50 telecommunications company, with experience in various national and international technical and regulatory bodies.

PACE is dedicated to proactively balancing industry best practices with current regulatory standards around using these channels when contacting customers. The association recently filed an appeal of the July 10th Federal Communication Commission’s (FCC) Declaratory Ruling and Order, which expanded the reach of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). As a member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Koster can provide valuable industry insight regarding the impact of legislation on organizations’ customer communication activities.

“Noble Systems has been providing industry-leading solutions for over 25 years, and has been active in PACE, and its predecessor the ATA, for over two decades,” stated Christine Haerich, PACE Senior Vice-President. “Our association is very excited to have Noble Systems represented on our Board, and Karl Koster is an ideal fit as we navigate the regulatory environment.”

James K. Noble, President and CEO of Noble Systems, said, “We are thrilled to strengthen our relationship with PACE and to have a seat on its Board. Noble Systems has long been committed to the promotion of the customer communication industry, and we believe that Karl will be a strong asset for the group.”

Join PACE and the Board of Directors at the association’s upcoming 2015 Washington TCPA Summit, September 27-29, where regulators will speak directly about the latest changes in consumer protection and risk management.
