ASCDI is planning a series of webinars for the last quarter of 2021 focused on general business information and tips for tech resellers. 

Our final edition in the series will discuss the investment many in our industry are making on certifications.  It’s an expense.  It’s time consuming. But it just might improve your business practices, employee satisfaction, bottom line, and ultimately make your business more relevant in 2022.

SERI Education and Outreach Director, Patty McKenzie, will be explaining the benefits of becoming an ITAD Certified company. Patty’s primary role is to support R2 facilities, and those seeking R2 Certification, through education, and by serving as the “first call for help” for questions about the R2 Standard and its implementation. She also works to educate corporate customers/suppliers, government agencies and consumers about the security and value R2 Certified companies provide – and the risks that can arise from working with unqualified recyclers or ITAD vendors.
