Dimitri Wams to Succeed Maarten de Roos as CEO on November 17, 2025

Amsterdam, The Netherlands – October 28, 2025 – Circular IT Group today announced that Dimitri Wams will be appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective November 17, 2025. He succeeds Maarten de Roos, who has led the company through a significant phase of consolidation, growth, and foundation building for future expansion.

Over the past several weeks, Wams and de Roos have worked closely to ensure a smooth and seamless leadership transition. The appointment marks a new chapter for Circular IT Group as it continues its mission to make IT more sustainable through circular business models and technology reuse.
