In his new role, Vasquez will be responsible for overseeing TES’s operations in the United States market and driving growth
SINGAPORE – April 23, 2023 – Global leader in sustainable technology services, TES has appointed Bill Vasquez as its Americas General Manager. Vasquez brings over 25 years of industry experience in senior leadership roles in IT asset disposition (ITAD), hyperscale data center decommissioning, and supply chain management services.
In his new role, Vasquez will be responsible for overseeing TES’s operations in the United States market and driving growth. TES provides comprehensive services for technology devices throughout their lifecycles, including deployment, decommissioning, disposition, and recycling.

Throughout his career, Vasquez has worked for some of the most prominent companies in the ITAD and datacenter decommissioning space. Prior to joining TES, he served as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at ITRenew, which has since become part of Iron Mountain. In this role, he was responsible for managing the company’s commercials, client service, and datacenter decommissioning operations, which included overseeing a global team of professionals.
Before his time at ITRenew, Vasquez served as Vice President of Global ITAD Operations at Sims Recycling Solutions, where he was responsible for managing the company’s global ITAD business. Additionally, he served as COO at TASQ Technology, where he oversaw the company’s operations and helped drive growth and profitability.
Vasquez’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California at Davis. This combination of technical and business expertise has enabled him to excel in his roles and provided him with a deep understanding of the complex challenges companies face throughout the technology lifecycle.
