Bullard joins SMS from Modeva Media (a marketing and consulting agency), in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he was CEO & Managing Partner. He was responsible for revenue performance, brand architecture, sports sponsorship sales, talent management, digital marketing, media consulting and contract negotiations. In addition, Bullard brings a wealth of experience in sales and management to this role, enabling him to provide optimum resources to our sales teams around the world.
