Testing in an agile project is a different ball game from testing in a traditional waterfall environment. A different game needs a different scale of measurement. When my boss asks ‘Are we winning?’ I need to give an answer which is based on a measurement criteria fir for an agile environment.
To ensure that my metrics reflects the progress or quality in all areas which is relevant for an agile project. The traditional metrics may be useful but may not suffice.
