The AscdiNatd is an international, not for profit trade organization, made up of comapnies who provide technology business solutions,
technical support and value added services to the business community.
The Association of Service and Computer Dealers International and the
North American Association of Telecommunications Dealers merged in 2012
forming the AscdiNatd.
The ASCDI merged with the Computer Dealers and Lessors Association (CDLA) and the Eurpean Computer and Lessors Association (ECLAT) in 2000.
On an historical note, the CDLA (which was later known as the Information and Technology Resellers Association (ITRA) had merged in the 1970's with the Computer Dealers Association (CD) and the Computer Lessors (CLA)asscoations and later with the DEC Dealers Association (DDA).
