We periodically have a problem with people
with AOL accounts not getting our email. AOL sometimes sees a lot of email
coming from us and thinks that it is SPAM and they block it. Also, they see
that our email comes from
donotreply@natd.com or
donotreply@ascdi.com and the "donotreply" part makes them think it is SPAM
and they block it.
Here are some things to try:
1. Check your settings on your email
account at AOL and check if you have set it up to block or delete all email
coming from donotreply@XXXXX
2. Check the settings on you computer's
mail program (like Outlook or Outlook Express) to see if you have set it up
to block or delete all email coming from
donotreply@XXXXX
3. Contact AOL and see if they are
blocking email coming from:
IP ADDRESSES 65.83.5.163
thru 65.83.5.167
If that doesn't work here are some options:
1. We STRONGLY recommend that you get an
email address at another ISP such as Mindspring (www.mindspring.com)
2. A second, not as good solution is to
get an account at yahoo.com (that might be free.)
